My friend would tell me that you don't have the spoons for everything. It's possible that you might be trying to prioritize too many habits. Dial back on some and focus on the one that is most important to you. When you have more steam you could pick back up others.

I take back on them. Exercise? I’ll just do 10 push-ups or a nice walk instead of sweating for 30 minutes. Meditate? 1 minute is better than nothing.
