On bad days I sometimes feel like meditation makes my anxiety worse – I start cycling through negative feelings while trying to meditate and I can’t seem to break out of the cycle with anything other than an outside distraction. Do you have suggestions for how to manage this issue?

It may be helpful to look into Mudras: it’s basically yoga for your hands, and there are chants you do with each pose. It may help give you something else to focus on while still being able to meditate.
