I sit and breathe to think about the present. I don't have a specific routine yet, but I want do one so this is a great progress to start my routine of meditation. It was a great time to reflect, take a time just for me and keep calm

i usually use the app headspace! it’s very helpful for guided meditations, which is what i do. it just kinda depends on how you, personally, like to meditate
