That’s a very good interpretation. You think about it, and then progressively realize that you need and will stay on track, and if I don’t help, just lisen to breather, it helps me every time
I don't stress about not thinking about anything. Trying to not think of something is really hard so instead I allow any thoughts to come into my head whilst focusing on the words in the meditation to bring me back to that specific intention
This is my first time trying to meditate. At first, it is hard for me to think about what I gonna do for the rest of the day so I just breathe and let my thoughts pass by.
