Do you have any recommendations for meditations to do when you first wake up?

I’d suggest to go outside, or to open your window and get some fresh air while you meditate and contemplate the beauty around you. Starting from the beauty you can feel with your senses and finishing with the beauty inside of you, a human that is capable to admire the life despite the nonsense. Beauty is meaningful in itself. There is an aboutness in beauty and in art, and the soul that perceives it everyday can really live an authentic life.
