How often do you meditate?

Oda U.
Generally once a day, but when I have more time, even two or three. Most important, I try to meditate at least 15 minutes to fourty

5 minutes at least once a day. I’m frequently told 3-4 times throughtout the day is best. When you wake, in thw middle of the day, and before bed.

Very sporadically, but it's the first thing I've manually added to my Fabulous
habits in the hopes that I can begin to do it everyday. So far I'm doing OK.

Morning & evening – minimum. I have started checking in every hour (how am I feeling?) A few deep breaths, relaxing muscles etc. (if feeling tense) as I suffer from anxiety. It only takes a minute. If I'm feeling ok in the check in, I don't do anything.

Usually twice a day – once in the morning for 10-15 min and once I’m the evening for 10-15 min. When I’m short on time – once a day whenever I can fit it in – usually a short meditation first thing in the morning . There are days when I’m not feeling centered or the day is hectic and I stop doing whatever I’m doing and meditate for 5 min.

I do it every night to help calm me down and sleep faster and in the morning to reduce my anxiety or anything on my mind that’s bothering me to start me off on a good note.

Morning hours,I have to rush fast,so best time for my meditation is afternoon while I am driving, fabulous app meditation music on , and my mind stop thinking and become neutral, that's refreshing

I try to meditate twice a day – once when I wake up and once before I go to sleep – but I tend to be more successful at bed time rather than first thing 😅 I use an app called Calm which I find really helpful – it has 10-12 minute guided sessions which means I don’t have to rely just on myself for practice and it gives you incentive to practice everyday

I have just started meditating. I now try to meditate once every day but so far could only do it every two days. Getting there!

I just started mindfully meditating again, thanks to fabulous. I practice focusing on my breathing when I'm relaxing to go to sleep.

For the meditation, my experience is very long honestly. Long before when I was in Cambodia I took a trip with vipassana, an old meditation technique from India. I practiced it for 10 days together with my fellows but never got the persistence. After that when I felt depressed I will start doing it for several days but dropped it in the end. So my history of meditation never get any further. But I do think I can do the challenge! Cheers!

In some form or another, every day.
If it’s not an actual sit/lie down meditation, then it is my morning ritual of walking barefoot around the house.

I’ve set a personal goal to meditate daily. Right now, I’m doing short sessions (5 minutes) to ease myself into the habit, with the intention of gradually increasing the time for longer sessions (30 minutes or more). But the short sessions work well when I’m busy during the week.
