I usually meditate for 5-10 minutes. I find that this is my sweet spot because it isn’t too short that I didn’t get much out of it, but it isn’t too long that I get transported out of that relaxed state and I can’t keep my eyes closed. I have been making it a daily practice, and I have been seeing good results such as increased happiness, understanding, and presence in my life.
