I prefer body scan meditations but don’t like the one where the lady is talking. I prefer to feel through sensations on my body with complete silence.
Something which makes me free of my ongoing thoughts, especially when I’m puzzled or have negative feelings. On the other hand I also like meditations which take me on a journey to certain aspects of my mind to help me reflect and change views on my believes.
I like the meditations that let me set and relax more than the shorter ones that I have to worry that I might relax too much so that's why I like the longer ones that have more reflection time and I like the one that are for the evening
