I used to meditate every sigle day but i cant avoid overthinking during my meditation .Is there any easy way to overvome with my overthinking please?

When you meditate, the goal is simply to cultivate awareness of your thoughts, not control them. With regular practise, the overthinking may reduce in some folks.

If it doesn't reduce for you, you can try guided meditations, or sound meditations. The goal is to feel good in the end, so just relax and don't worry about it too much!
