What do you do when you know you have to be productive but you’re so angry at everything and everyone any action seems pointless (even after meditation and exercise)?

Start by stepping back, even if you’ve done so already (meditation/exercise like you said), & Scream- into a pillow or whatnot if needed (not to scare anyone)- to release some of that energy, you can also punch or cry into said pillow if that helps; Then assess your feelings, physical & emotional- why you might feel this way or what is the underlying issue; Now to being productive, personally I would express that I’m a bit more irritable (maybe why but not necessarily) at the moment so I’ll need some space & time to be productive- by myself maybe; If for some reason this does NOT work, feel free to ‘customer service mode’ the whole thing- get some music going (earbuds maybe) & try to get yourself back into a good mood & if they are still getting under your skin you can just *all smiles & wdym I’m not acting weird, you are :)* Hope this helps, good luck!!
