Assuming you meant meditation and not medication- I enjoy mantra meditation. It helps me to calm and organize my mind around an idea or sound that is important to me at the time. I use different mantras depending on my feelings but in the end I always feel calmer and more ready to focus on the task at hand.
I'm sure people around the world are doing all kinds. I rotate different types of meditation including transcendental. I believe there are different benefits to each if them.
