You can meditate anywhere you are comfortable (bed, floor, an airplane). Sit comfortably. You want to be able to forget your body. Pick a place where you won’t be disturbed, a place that is sheltered, clean, warm and well ventilated. Also, your stomach, bowel and bladder should all be empty (so you’re not thinking about using the restroom or burping).
