Is it okay to meditate crosslegged on my bed? i feel like i should be doing it on the floor, Is there some truth to my thoughts?

You can meditate anywhere you are comfortable (bed, floor, an airplane). Sit comfortably. You want to be able to forget your body. Pick a place where you won’t be disturbed, a place that is sheltered, clean, warm and well ventilated. Also, your stomach, bowel and bladder should all be empty (so you’re not thinking about using the restroom or burping).
