What meditation do you all use? And how do you go about it? What items do you have around you? Candles, Crystal’s, incense?? Do you have a cushion?
Silence or a calming sound in the background helps and you have to be still for this to work. You also have the option for scented candles (I personally use them) but it has to be something that’ll keep you relaxed.
