Don’t complicate things. Just sit at a place, a quiet place preferably, close your eyes and focus on your breath. You can do this for 10 minutes or longer. The mind will deviate away from the breath and that is a good thing because the more it deviates and the more we get aware that mind has deviated, the stronger will be our focus in the long run.
