What I can say is that I feel that way too. Sometimes we feel like we don't deserve anything, like we can't complete our routines because our minds don't want us to. I think the best advice I can give you is that no matter what you think, keep trying to do your routines. In a matter of time, you will be glad you achieved your goal, you will be proud of yourself because you left the bad thoughts and started with the good ones.
