For me, trying to take huge, deep breaths like they tell you always threw me off & would even kinda hurt my body because I would randomly feel pinches & once I did a full in and out of one breath it wouldn't settle right making my body feel uneven & tight. What worked & felt best for me was just following a good steady natural flow of breath that can be simple & small & doesn't have to be big gulps of air.
