I have my own separate meditation habit. I’m curious about how others meditate and what works and didn’t work for them

For me, trying to take huge, deep breaths like they tell you always threw me off & would even kinda hurt my body because I would randomly feel pinches & once I did a full in and out of one breath it wouldn't settle right making my body feel uneven & tight. What worked & felt best for me was just following a good steady natural flow of breath that can be simple & small & doesn't have to be big gulps of air.
