I have just started using the Fabulous meditations. The one I’m on right now is called “Gateway to Presence: Being Present” and it almost trains you to stay present.
Sitting in a quiet place and closing my eyes and listing to a guided meditation. Mind over matter really. Sometimes I don't want to because I'm tired but I do it anyway to keep on this path I'm on.
I'm a beginner so i look up for some meditations on YouTube. For now I recommend closing eyes while meditating and improve posture.
