How do you not focus on your thoughts while meditating? Do you just let them pass by like clouds?

That’s a very good interpretation. You think about it, and then progressively realize that you need and will stay on track, and if I don’t help, just lisen to breather, it helps me every time

This is my first time trying to meditate. At first, it is hard for me to think about what I gonna do for the rest of the day so I just breathe and let my thoughts pass by.
