How do you find time in your morning routine to meditate?

Honestly just sit down in a comfortable spot and relax for 5 minutes it dosent really have to mediation you can just sit and do nothing for 5 minutes

It's one of the first things I do in the morning . At first I used to reserve special time for after when I wake up, but as I got the habit I just automatically open fabulous and start meditation 😀
