Do you prefer a carb, protein, or fat-heavy breakfast?

I really do enjoy a high carb breakfast but if i might try making a savory or sweet protein packed breakfast instead. Something with Greek yoghurt which is interesting to make from scratch. I already have the milk. The live bacteria starter is next on the to buy list. I might need to batch make this. Going to add oats in it. But I don’t know with the rest yet of the menu
