Do you only do the short exercises in the morning or other workouts too?

I typically only do short exercises but if I have time I squeeze in longer workouts (my usual is a 10 minute workout but when time permits I squeeze in a 30 minute workout)

I started by easing my way into fitness again with light stretches and yoga in the afternoons, since that’s when I would usually work out and I found it relaxed me more that way. I would complete my morning routine on Fabulous after I finished that. After getting used to that, I eased into doing yoga in the morning, and attempted to do heftier workouts, such as weight lifting or HIIT, in the afternoons, even if they were 5-10 minutes.
