Do you know good back stretches?
Absolutely! Incorporating back stretches into your routine can greatly enhance flexibility and relieve tension. Some effective back stretches include the Cat-Cow stretch, Child’s Pose, and Seated Forward Bend. Aim to hold each stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply to promote relaxation. Integrating these stretches into your daily rituals can help you develop lasting healthy habits and improve overall well-being. Remember to listen to your body and adjust the intensity as needed!
Stand against a wall with your feet about 30cm away from the wall, with your back against the wall slowly reaching down to your toes until you feel the stretch in your lower back, holding for 20 seconds then slowly straighten your spine one vertebrae at a time back to the upright position. Repeat this process five times for a good stretch of the back.
