Do you journal every day? Or has it been a sporadic habit?
Journaling daily can be a powerful tool for self-reflection and personal growth. If you find yourself journaling sporadically, try to establish a routine by setting aside a specific time each day. Start small, perhaps just five minutes, and gradually increase your journaling time as it becomes a meaningful daily ritual. Consistency is key to developing this healthy habit, so find a method that resonates with you and stick with it to achieve your goals.
To make good habits and to make it easier to achieve your need to first set goals for today it can be simple goals like Today I will be happy ,Today I will study my hardest subject etc You need to set goals that won’t overwhelm you also If you skip a goal don’t feel bad, guilty because you started keeping goals because you want to develop good habits not be perfectionist .So make journaling your daily goal, you can do it any time in the day you like not by other people’s recommendations
