Do you have a set focus or questions that you write about in your journal?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

When journaling, it’s beneficial to have a set focus or guiding questions. Consider themes such as gratitude, goals, or personal growth. You might ask yourself: 'What am I grateful for today?' or 'What steps can I take towards my goals?' This practice helps create meaningful daily rituals and fosters self-reflection, enabling you to develop lasting healthy habits. Tailor your questions to what resonates with you, and allow your journal to be a space for growth and clarity.

yes and no. it depends on the day and what comes to mind. some days, i follow the prompts that fabulous provides to guide my journal entries. i’m usually able to really focus and really gather my thoughts when i have a guide in the beginning. however, on other days when i have a lot on my mind, i just write anything and everything that comes to mind.
