Personally, dancing is my favourite form of exercise!!! Put on some upbeat music, move your body to the beat and break out a sweat!! It’s the best way to do it imo. Otherwise I just like to do like, sets through out the day spontaneously when I have that thought *I should exercise* – I’m trying to be conscious of the words I use and *should* is cancelled. So when I have that *should* thought I now just try and do like 10 pushups or even just shake my body or do something physical just as an act of self compassion to myself. 🙂
