Do you have the same "great breakfast" everyday or do you try different recipes eventhough morning rush ?
It’s great to have a consistent 'great breakfast' to establish a healthy morning routine, but experimenting with different recipes can keep things exciting and enjoyable. If you’re short on time, consider meal prepping or choosing quick, nutritious options that you can rotate throughout the week. This balance helps maintain lasting healthy habits while accommodating the morning rush. Remember, the key is to find what works best for you and supports your overall goals!
On days where I am in a rush, I have easy breakfast choices ready. Some of mine include microwaving a corn dog or having toast or using a granola bar in place of a spoon for my yogurt. When I have a self care day, I plan it to be a slow day. On those days, I try a new recipe if I haven’t had time that week or I make a lot of pancakes or waffles to freeze so I can put them in the toaster on a different day.
