Do you have any suggestions/tools to maintain self disciple with exercise?

Being a disabled veteran, having 4 major hip surgeries, and doing whatever I can to avoid back surgery, it boils down to daily body maintenance. Trying to prevent my body from breaking down further. It is extremely difficult to maintain motivation and do leg day every day.

I recommend that when you exercise to play your favorite music and focus on the music as you enjoy it and maintain a happy mood while exercising.
