Do you have any creative ideas for a quick, healthy breakfast for one person?

I like to have avo with scrambled eggs and chilli oil on top. You could also try this but replace eggs with cottage cheese. A healthier one would be equal parts oats and egg whites (1/3 cup of each) in the microwave for 1 min 30 secs. Then stir. Then two more 30-second bursts, stirring in between. Then add fruit of choice (I like raspberries and blueberries), cinnamon and Greek yoghurt!
