Do you have an specific video to follow for a good stretch in the morning?

Yes, I have a playlist on YouTube named “Quick morning” where I try to have 3 main categories (but no more than a few videos) that include one for super quick movement, one with a full body stretch and one for anxiety relief (this one is more about fluid movement).
The videos I have saved now are:
– The 5 Best Morning Exercises to Wake Up Your Body By @fitness-fitness-y5t – this one if for when I don’t have time at all as you don’t even have to lay on the floor. Are just super quick movements while standing.
– Back Pain Relief Stretches | 10 min. Yoga for Relaxation & Recovery & 15 min full body stretch – both from @madymorrison – these can vary. For now these stretches work for me. From time to time I try different videos for a full body stretch or workout.
– 10-minute Dance Exercise to Release Stress & Anxiety 9 Very Grounding! by Tamara Nazon

Not exactly, every once in a while if I’m feeling like I’ve been doing the same stretches in a row for a while, I might watch a video on YouTube. But usually, I just stretch for a little while untill I feel ready for the day!
