Do you guys listen to music when you go to bed?

Rarely. I like upbeat music but that only makes me more awake when I a fully want to sleep. Also, I keep putting off sleeping because I want to listen

On days I feel slow and unmotivated I like to stretch. It’s ten minutes or so of loosely yoga based movement and whatever feels good in my body. I tell myself that maybe I didn’t break a sweat but I kept my routine and put some effort in. Anything worth doing at all is also worth doing half way if that’s all you can manage that day.
