Disconnect whole heartedly. Keeping devices away, in flight mode but keeping your mind pre-occupied to all connections is not a disconnect. So it’s mental state to make your self comfortable to be uncomfortable.

Disconnecting is giving me some 'me' time. I feel more relaxed disconnected. Before sleeping I decided to listen to some relaxing music, and read a book.
I realised how much time I used to waste before bed on phone games or social media.

Moreover, having a good disconnected time before sleep is kind of putting me in a better mindset for the second day. 🙂
