Try looking in your own house for something so pretty it could be an insta-picture. That slice of bread, Ray of sunshine, your cat etc.

Open fabulous app instead and complete your morning routine habits one after the other. You could play some music or a podcast if you don’t like to complete your routine in silence. If you can block the Instagram app for certain times of the day on your phone then I would recommend that. For iPhone I use the screen time settings to do this.
