A couple of ways you can use less your phone is bye setting a reminder (whether it’s in the fabulous app or just your phone) to do something else. For example, Reading, Writing, Painting, Drawing, Doing homework, etc. You can set app limits for the apps you use the most and make someone else put the password instead of you so you don’t click ignore. Or just turn off your phone (unless you have phone calls that are expected or any messages).
