Prioritize yourself. Even if you receive an email or a message, you have to sleep.
Try deleting all the unimportant or non-productive apps from your phone. Try reordering your apps so the most used/important apps are on the first screen. By reducing the needs to scroll back and forth you may be less inclined to stay on your phone.
