I've been doing it for 5 days now and it helps me sleep much better and removes the strain on my eyes before sleep and allows me to wind down.
I also tend to get involved in posts on social media and get frustrated by others on there which affects my ability to relax.
I will be continuing this as I feel the benefits even though its hard to adjust to.
I put my phone on do not disturb from 9pm.

Disconnect 2 hours before bed because the blue light of the phone, laptop, iPad will not prepare to go to bed. Or at least switch to the yellow light on the phone
