What time should I be unplugging from my devices?

If it's at night I think hour b4 you go to bed, and also when you wake up in the morning I think wait an hour before you use a device etc or if possible dont use them till you have done all ur jobs etc first. And during the week I think if possible try go one day without using a device but if not possible then just limit your screen time during the day. Maybe only use it for 15mins each time for 2-3 times a day.

What I do is I unplug around 20 minutes before I try to go to sleep so I have some quiet time, but it's really up to you
