When do you disconnect and what does it mean to you(phone off,...)?
Disconnecting means taking intentional breaks from technology to recharge and refocus. For me, this often involves turning off my phone during meals or setting aside specific times each week to be device-free. It allows me to connect with myself and those around me more deeply. Establishing your own unplugged rituals can enhance mindfulness and improve overall well-being. Consider scheduling regular disconnection times to cultivate a healthier relationship with technology and promote lasting healthy habits.
I usually read or do my bedtime routine, nothing too stressful. It gives me a chance to relax and reflect on the next day.
