i’m not great at that task. basically, i take time to do something that’s not on my phone in replacement of phone time. for example, i get off my phone to do at least 1 homework task before getting on it again. or after school, i get home and change so i can walk/ hike before it gets dark. it’s good exercise and i get sunshine, which i need a lot in the wintry months
