I don't really understand the question. I'm sorry I thought this type form was about morning exercise. I guess I spend a lot of time in my phone, several hours per day I think.

Phone connects you with the outside world and entertainment and study when you dont have the time or the moment to instantly socialize. Especially in pandemic. It also includes lots of different features that keeps you occupied. For example I have depression and looking at my phone is not using any of my energy and I still feel alive when I look at my phone because you can do and see lots of things without using energy or having to organize.

Well, to kickstart your day fislrst thing in the morning, you can make your bed while your toast is frying in the kitchen . Then you can add avocado or boiled eggs that will help you to loose weight. Or you can eat a heathly oats with dryfruits and cashew nuts or may be try cereals like weetabix, corn flakes ….
You can eat bread by adding butter and cheese and eat all of them with a banana. Banana is healthy as it contains magnesium as it gives more energy to accomplish your goals for example.

Focus more on the school if you are , if you not then find a job or start doing something that you love. when you start studying or anything else dont take your phone with you let it in the other room or smth because it will disturb you and you will forget what you were doing

I’m too much on my phone and I know it. But given that I use it for school when my computer is out of reach, the time I spend on it could be divided by two, because I work a lot thanks to it. Bit even with that, I still think I could spend less time on my phone.

Phones are fun and are designed specifically to be entertaining, nature and real life is not. So it totally makes sense why you enjoy being on your phone so much, but you cannot get the same kind of satisfaction you get when interacting with others/being outside/ being productive when you are on your phone so it's worth it to turn it off. However, in the pandemic everything has been put online, maybe you only have access to your friends through your phone or your work makes you be on a computer 10 hours a day, so give yourself kindness if you can't switch off completely.

I feel like it fills time really well and can be used almost as a coping mechanism that had replaced my past one which was books

I find it a lot easier to do work if your phone in another room; it is like that saying “out of sight and out of mind.” It really helps me forget about social media and everything distracting so I hope it helps you too! 🙂

see what apps you gravitate to the most. mine is apps such as instagram or tiktok as there’s short videos i can scroll by with just my thumb. try deleting them and carrying a book with you or an activity that doesn’t involve your ohone

Try going outside. Try spending time with family and friends. Put your phone on silent. When you can, stop yourself from being on your phone.
