Hi, I try to do all the cleaning and arranging in the evenning before going to bed, so around 9:30pm I’ll feed the dogs, check the rabbit’s resources, like food and water, and check my hamster’s resources too, but before doing that I put some order in the living room and kitchen, and then go brush my teeth before going to bed, all that usually takes around an hour so by the time is 10:30 pm I go to sleep without looking at the tv, computer or cellphone. And it has been wonderful I sleep better and what’s best i am resting, which is very difficult to me as I have a 2 years old daughter 🤣

I think this is amazing. It’s important to have a good rest. You’re doing great. Also waking up and everything is clean makes it easier to start your day with the right thing . For example I meditate every morning and if it’s messy around it takes a toll on my mood already in the beginning of the day. I try to disconnect and unplug as well in the evening but that’s still not going perfect yet. And be more consistent on my evening meditation. Thank you did motivation.
