I think this is amazing. It’s important to have a good rest. You’re doing great. Also waking up and everything is clean makes it easier to start your day with the right thing . For example I meditate every morning and if it’s messy around it takes a toll on my mood already in the beginning of the day. I try to disconnect and unplug as well in the evening but that’s still not going perfect yet. And be more consistent on my evening meditation. Thank you did motivation.
