Should I disconnect from the tv too?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Yes, disconnecting from the TV can be a valuable part of your 'Disconnect & Unplug' habit. Taking breaks from screens allows you to engage in more meaningful activities, such as reading, exercising, or connecting with loved ones. This can enhance your overall well-being and help you develop healthier routines. Consider setting specific times to unplug from the TV to create a balanced daily ritual that supports your goals for self-care and mindfulness.

Yes ,if you are watching something important and usefully then you can finesh it and then have time for your self . By Disconnecting the devices ,you will allow your self to have a conversation within you ,which can clear your thoughts ,confessions and bring more clarity .. I am doing this from a week and I already feel well rested and my head feels light away from light and sounds all around me
