How can one disconnect and be less dependent on their devices ?

I’m not the best at disconnecting either, as I have multiple apps for growth mindset & such; however a few things that might work/help is having notebooks for anything, planners for work, a whiteboard/calendar on your fridge for appointments, food expiry, or food lists; also setting timers for if you have tasks to do/finish on your device, then get off said device & join the moment again once the timer goes off; hope these tips help in any way, you can even create your own methods that work specifically for you!
