Alone , meditation can be whatever you choose , whether is be journaling , walking , or sitting and thinking. It can be helpful to seek advice one how to clear your mind , how to create the right setting etc. but inevitably Meditation is what you make of it , so it’s a good idea to explore on your own and try whatever feels right , because in the end the goal is to clear the mind and be in touch with one self
