It’s common to feel bored with repetitive exercise routines. To combat this, try mixing up your workouts by incorporating different activities like cycling, swimming, or group classes. Setting new goals, such as training for a race or mastering a new skill, can also help keep your motivation high. Additionally, consider varying the intensity or duration of your workouts to maintain excitement. Creating meaningful daily rituals around your exercise can transform boredom into a fulfilling habit that supports your overall wellness.

I go for 10k steps per day but in a variety of ways - go for a walk, go to the beach, go into town, or walk on my treadmill, etc

I turn to a rota of content creators I like. I’ve got one guy who does these whippy little full body workout videos, one guy who does cardio dance videos to top hits. I do at least one of each, and add a jog if the weather is nice, to whatever music I’m hooked on.
