Well…stretching as not one’s common daily habit, may seem a little difficult when you’re first trying it and want to keep going. Personally, I think it’s great to start it by treating it as a meditation. It may help you find it less challenging and it could actually succeed in giving you peace. I’ve been stretching by habit for quite some time and have gotten fairly used to it. However, I did find it a tad tedious and had trouble doing it daily when I had first started. But I kept going and attempted to reach further goals and I am satisfied with the progress. You, Fabulous user can too achieve your goals. Never think about what’s difficult and what’s not. Try it and satisfy yourself. You got this!
