Do you find eating breakfast too early makes you hungrier?

M F.
If I must eat early, I find a smaller, high protein breakfast-a boiled egg and sliced tomato holds me better than a carb filled meal.

I do not find that eating breakfast earlier makes me hungrier. I do feel like eating at all makes me want more food all day. I also finally realized that, all throughout my life, I have had a hormone struggle. I never really understood the role hormones played in my hunger until I was older. It turned out that I have suffered from an extreme form of PMS for my entire life. Now that I’m going through menopause, instead of just three days of misery… every single day is full of these extreme symptoms. Hunger is one of them. I can not seem to eat enough. I do not feel satiated. It is a ravenous hunger, all day, every day. I go to an endocrinologist for HRT. This has put an end to the extreme hunger. But I have forty pounds of excess weight to deal with. It was put on quickly, within months. Now I have to get it off.
I am sorry. I kind of got lost in my answer. I do hope that anyone who reads this who may see this in themselves, I do hope they seek help from someone who can provide hormonal relief. It’s a real thing. It is rather awful.
