I do find that a later breakfast helps! I also start with a V8 Energy can to start my morning before I leave my house and then sip on my water once I get to work and settle in. Then I eat a little breakfast 🍳 toast and fruit or something similar🤤

No it’s not good normally from my mind,better to eat earlier in morning,one exception and that is fasting….but I ate even it was too late cause my body needs three main meals
