I wouldn’t say so. I feel like if i start too slow i won’t be as motivated to continue. Of course that it’s not great to do a million things at a time, but drink water, have breakfast and exercise? that’s absolutely doable. I would even dare add a few breathing exercises and maybe a few stretches. But, to sum it up, no i don’t think that as a beginner i’m going too fast.
