Do you feel bloated after eating breakfast?How fo you deal with bloating generally?

eating lighter and more healthy meals and drinking more water. My digestive system works better and send me to the bathroom and I feel lighter and my stomach feels healthy and not bloated.

I do if i eat too much carbs. I’ve learned to listen what my body needs and how much. I eat porridge daily but always add some nuts and protein sources to avoid bloating. Never skip water on the morning!
