Do you exercise or eat breakfast first?
The choice between exercising or eating breakfast first often depends on individual preferences and goals. If your primary focus is on performance during a workout, eating a light breakfast with carbohydrates can provide energy. However, if you prefer to exercise on an empty stomach, ensure you have a nutritious breakfast afterward to replenish your energy and support recovery. Ultimately, creating a consistent morning routine that includes both exercise and a healthy breakfast can lead to lasting habits and improved well-being.
It depends on my schedule and the day. Usually I exercise before eating, unless my workout is in the afternoon then I’ll eat by 11:30am when I usually get hungry. It’s your body, your preference of what works best for you each day. Aim to follow your rhythm and be gentle with yourself.
I exercise first to get some energy and get myself moving and as far away from bed as possible. Just light to moderate exercise though or my headstart to hurt
It depends. I stretch before eating breakfast but I never had the opportunity to exercise before breakfast. So I would say breakfast first, physical activity after.
